Our story
Some recipes are handed down. This one was handed over.
My father made chocolate the patient way. Melted slowly, stirred by hand, tasted and tasted again until it was right.
I grew up at his side in that kitchen, learning why butterscotch needs patience and coffee needs courage.
Dad taught me the recipes. More than that, he taught me that a box of chocolates was how he said thank you, well done and welcome.
Today, I carry those recipes forward as Radisa. Every piece is still made the way he taught me—with no shortcuts.
